  1. The appointment of Archimandrite Yao Fu'an of the Beijing Eparchy of the Chinese Orthodox Church to the post of Diocesan Bishop of Beijing of the Chinese Orthodox Church is agreeable.
  2. Yao Fu'an to be temporarily responsible for maintaining contact between all the eparchies of the Chinese Orthodox Church is agreeable.
