With the Blessing of His Holiness, Patriarch ALEKSY of Moscow and All Russia and His Beatitude, Metropolitan HERMAN of All America and Canada, from July 1 through 21, a copy of the Wonderworking Port Arthur Icon of the Theotokos "Feast of the Most Holy Mother of God" will be available for veneration at St. Catherine the Great Martyr Church.
The festal greeting of the Icon will take place on Saturday, July 1, 2006 at 5:00pm prior the the celebration of the All Night Vigil. On Sunday, following the Divine Liturgy, an intercessory moleben will be celebrated before the holy icon. The church will be open from 9am until 8pm on all weekdays to allow for the Faithful to come and venerate and pray before the icon.
