Shuāngchéngbǎo is a suburb of Harbin. Initially Shuāngchéngbǎo was settled first, and Harbin afterwards.
According to Fr. V. Gerasimov in "Review of the Dioceses of Harbin on October 1, 1939", Sky Bread, Harbin, 1939, No. 10, pg 107, this church was built in 1904 with donations from the Russian people.
