The patron, the defender and the benefactor of Russian emigration. Participated in life RPTSZ, convoked under the presidency of meeting of representatives of different foreign church areas. At his participation and under his presidency in 1935 the Regulations about of Russian Orthodox Church by Abroad ", signed by him and Russian hierarches and being a basis for management RPTSZ have been produced ". 25 Antony (Hrapovitsky) (1863 - 1936), metropolitan. Oustanding Russian church and the public figure, the seminary student and the teacher. Has left Russia in 1920 Headed Russian Foreign Church (1921-1936) with preservation of a title of metropolitan Kiev and Galitskogo. Lived in Yugoslavia in Sremski Karlovtsi.

30 Dosifej (Vasich) (1887 - 1945), metropolitan Zagreb. The oustanding hierarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church. The pupil of the Kiev spiritual academy. After an attack of hitlerite Germany on the Yugoslavian kingdom in April 1941a. has been seized Croatian ustashami and it is imprisoned. 34 Vitaly (Maksimenko) (1873 - 1960), archbishop North American and Canadian (with 1934). Archbishop East-American and Dzherzejsitsky. After occupation of Yugoslavia has been interned, and then together with Patriarch Gabriel (Dozhichem) it is made in a concentration camp of Dachau. Has died in Russian monastery svt. Tihona Zadonskogo in the USA. In 1991 of his power have been transferred to Serbia. It is ranked as the Face Sacred.

36 Victor (Svjatin) (1893 - 1966), bishop Peking and Chinese, since 1938 archbishop. In 1945 it is accepted in jurisdiction of the Moscow Patriarchy. The patriarchal Ekzarh East Asia (since 1950). Since 1956 - archbishop Krasnodar and Kuban, since 1961 - metropolitan. Has died and is buried in Krasnodar.

37 John (Maksimovich) (1896-1966), bishop Shanghai, vikary the Peking diocese (since 1934), since 1945 archbishop. Archbishop West-European (1951). Has moved to America (1962). Archbishop Western-American and the Dignity - Frantsissky (1962). Has become famous as the great prayer book. In 1994 it is canonized RPTSZ.

38 Semenov Grigory Mihajlovich (1890 - 1946), the ataman, the general-lieutenant, georgievsky the gentleman. The participant of World war. One of known and influential commanders of White movement, the Commander-in-chief Armed forces of the Far East (since 1920). Since 1921 in emigration in China, the USA, Canada and Japan. With formation in 1932 of the state Manchzhou-Go lived in Dajrene. Headed many emigre organizations cooperating with Japanese. With the beginning of Great Domestic war has passed on a position "oborontsev". 39 Baksheev Alexey Proklovich (1873-1946) general-lieutenant, georgievsky the gentleman. 41 Kramarzh Karelian Petrovich (Krama  Karel) (1860-1937), policies, the doctor.
